Nathalie provides therapy to adults to assist with various mental health experiences, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to life circumstances, and grief. She also works with clients who experience difficulties with anger, emotion regulation, and the after effects of trauma.

Nathalie has experience working in non-government and public mental health settings. She has a compassionate understanding about the impact of stress on mental health, relationships and life direction.

Nathalie values a collaborative style of therapy, and aims to gain a deep understanding of the key concerns held by each client. She has a flexible approach and uses an array of strategies to plan therapy that will achieve positive and sustainable changes for each client.

Nathalie uses elements of cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (including mindfulness), motivational interviewing and interpersonal therapy in her work. She is committed to helping people enrich their lives and reach their full potential by improving psychological health and well-being.
