Zoe Szwarcbord Registered Psychologist
Zoe provides individual therapy to adults experiencing a range of issues affecting their mental health or wellbeing. Zoe works with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, sleep problems, relationship difficulties, anger management problems or other concerns. Zoe has also worked extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma or are struggling with post-traumatic stress symptoms.
Zoe values an authentic relationship with clients and encourages a collaborative approach to the therapy sessions. Zoe aims to deepen awareness through a focus on the present, developing a shared understanding of the client’s experience and current life situation. Zoe has worked across a range of settings in Australia and abroad and has experience working cross-culturally.
Zoe draws upon a range of therapeutic frameworks including relational gestalt therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy and mindfulness-based therapies, adjusting the treatment to meet the needs of the client.
